Equality Policy

Aims

We aim to treat every volunteer and service user equally, regardless of their age, disability, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation. Sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic or otherwise offensive and inflammatory remarks and behaviour are not acceptable. These constitute harassment, and have no place in Woodley Lunch Bunch.

Accessibility

Our meetings are generally held on-line. Should the need arise to hold a face-to-face meeting, we will ensure the venue is accessible for disabled people.

Diversity

We aim to give a range of activities to suit the interests of the service users. We aim to offer gender neutral toys and games. The lunches and activities we offer will be sensitive to the religious, cultural and dietary needs of our service users, where we have been made aware that such needs exist.
