Important Information

About Lunch Bunch

  • Lunch Bunch is a registered charity run entirely by volunteers. We provide two lunches for each of your children (under age 18), each week during school holidays.
  • This will usually be a freshly packed lunch for consumption on the day of delivery and the ingredients for a second lunch for later in the week.
  • Lunch Bunch has five star food hygiene rating.
  • We also include an age appropriate book or activity for children aged 1-11.
  • We work closely with other charities for the benefit of our members - details of these can be found later on this page.
  • We would encourage you to join our Members Facebook Group as this is where we share a lot of useful information - details of this can be found later on this page.

We will...

  • *It is ultimately your responsibility to check that the food is appropriate for your child.

Delivery Countdown

Two days before delivery

  • we will send you a message from the Lunch Bunch phone number reminding you which day lunches are being delivered.
  • if you know you won't be needing lunches, this is the time to cancel.
  • we expect to receive cancellations by midday on the day prior to delivery.
  • this is to prevent food being wasted.

On delivery day

  • we will send you another reminder.
  • if you cancel at this point (without good reason), it will be regarded as a late cancellation.
  • if you are not home when our driver delivers the lunch, it will be regarded as a failed delivery.

Late cancellations or failed deliveries

If you cancel a lunch after midday on the day before delivery day or you are not at home when we deliver, you will be given a strike.

If you receive 3 strikes between January and December, we will cancel our agreement with you and all deliveries will cease.
